Every week for the past 3 weeks i have been going down to the clc at southfields to work on my print based work my music review and album cover. In the first few weeks of going to the clc i experimented on backgrounds and lettering design on different pictures and my picture. As i got more competent with the photoshop software i advanced on making my own album cover. I experimented with different shades of red to go with the black background of the pictures i took of my artist and different lines of colour to separate the red background for my lettering from the background of my album picture. I also settled for my lettering to be parchment as it looked professional and slightly sinister something that represented my artists genre of music. The back of my album cover also followed the same colour scheme as my front cover of my album with the red black and white themes.
